Founded in 1998, New Generation Realty & Investments, Inc. has been successfully matching buyers with sellers since our inception.

Organized under the laws of Florida, New Generation opened its first office in Palm Beach County Florida.

In the beginning, our target market remained local, only servicing a few surrounding counties; however, after receiving numerous requests from other locales, we have expanded our service area to a state wide presence.

In June of 1999, New Generation was proud to announce that it became licensed and began operating in the state of Maryland and 6 months later we continued our expansion by becoming licensed in Virginia and began operating in February 2000.
