(NGRI)
First
began operations in South Florida in 1998.
In the beginning, our target market remained
local, only servicing a few surrounding counties.
As word of mouth began to spread it was not
long before we began receiving
requests from child care owners in
other locales. It was
at this point we expanded our service
state wide.
As our presence in the industry
increased so did our relationships. In
June of 1999, NGRI was
excited to announce that it became
a licensed real
estate broker in the state of Maryland
and would begin
offering services to childcare owners state
wide. Six months
later we continued our expansion and
announced our newest license status in
February 2000 when we began offering services to childcare owners
in the state of Virginia.
As our success
continued and our networks expanded, we began to search for our
next state. It was not until late 2006 that we finalized our
position in our newest geographic location, the state of New
Jersey.
With a strong
East Coast presence we made a strategic decision to relocate our
headquarters to Charlotte North Carolina. And with that, we are
excited to declare North Carolina as our newest geographic
market.
Twelve (12) years
and five states later we have proven ourselves to be a
significant leader in the Child Care Industry and continue to
offer personalized service second to none.
