Whether you are new to the industry
or a long time veteran we are confident that we can help you find the facility you are
looking for.
In most cases we will have a facility in our inventory or know of one
that meets your needs.

For a first time buyer unfamiliar with the industry, the tasks associated with
acquiring and becoming licensed as a childcare provider can be, at a minimum,
overwhelming.
Our purpose is to guide you and make you familiar with the responsibilities that lie
ahead. If not already familiar we will discuss licensing procedures, financing procedures
and your goals as a new business owner.
As an industry veteran, you may be relocating or expanding from a foreign country or
state. The rules and regulations that you are accustom to may be different, we will
discuss these issues with you. We will update you with the most current information
regarding financing available to you for your particular transaction and future goals.

For starters, you will need to decide on some preparatory information:
- What size facility? (number of children)
- Is the property going to be leased or purchased?
- Where should it be located?
- How much capital $ can be dedicated to this project
- Who will manage the day to day operations
This information will allow us to assess our inventory for possible matches to your
query. We will tell you right away if we have a facility meeting your needs or the next
closest possibility. If no other matches exist, we will enter as much information as
you're able to give into our database. When a new facility becomes available matching your
description, you will be contacted by us immediately.
When buying or selling a business there comes a time when personal and confidential
information must be shared with an outside party or in this case a potential purchaser.
This is one area that is always subject to overwhelming scrutiny. For most of us, there is
always at least a slight discomfort knowing that someone other than ourselves will be
reviewing information of such a personal nature. To reduce the anxiety to a more
comfortable level, we will require that each potential purchaser review and sign a
non-disclosure and confidentiality agreement. This must be done prior to any specific
information being shared concerning any facility in our care. This, simply stated, is
an agreement whereby you agree not to disclose any information given you to any other
party. This will include but not be limited to any financial information, location and
name of the facility. This will not only benefit the seller but benefit you, as the buyer,
by allowing things to be disclosed at their proper time which will permit for a smooth
transition.

This is one area that you won't be responsible for. Our fee is based on
the total sales price and is paid for by the seller upon a successful closing. |
